Our Story
IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS
At Good News Centre, our heart is simple: love God, love people. Everything we do centers around bringing these two together by helping people connect with God and with each other. We are one church body encountering God’s presence together, and we have congregations planted throughout Durban and others parts of South africa; and other locations around the world. Our faith is firmly rooted in the Bible and worship, and we live out our faith by being submitted to and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Our Mission
REACH TEACH PREACH
At Good News Centre Church, our strategy is to Reach, Teach, and Preach as a way to build mature followers of Christ. We Reach out to the community to bridge the gap between the sanctuary and the streets, inviting everyone to the King’s banquet. We Teach the Word to move believers out of spiritual infancy and into their true identity as sons and daughters of God. Finally, we Preach the Gospel through both our words and our lives, “showing up” to reflect the power and love of Jesus to the world.
